Based in Portland, Oregon, Northwest Magnet began as an industrial magnet repair and manufacturing company to serve steel mills, processing plants and industry which uses electromagnets. The number of satisfied customers grew quickly causing us to expand and diversify our electromagnet and electric motor repair business. We also designed and patented the finest magnet control system in the industry. The NorthStar is another example of our dedication and commitment to helping our customers run their businesses more efficiently and effectively.

We also have one of the largest inventories of permanent magnets and magnetic tools in the industry with over a million magnets in stock. With manufacturing facilities in the US, England and Asia we can produce virtually any magnet to exact specifications and at competitive prices. Our worldwide customers range from individual users to large corporations and all are invited to come into our showroom and try out our magnets before they buy.
