Return Information
We accept returns on all magnets returned to us in original and resalable condition.
Shipping fees are not refundable. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned
items. Please contact us for an RMA number before returning any products.
Neodymium magnets are easily damaged due to mishandling. We do not accept returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling or that show signs of wear. Damaged products that are returned to us will not be returned unless shipping is paid.
Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.
Please be sure to provide a correct shipping address for deliveries. Any order
returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or
an undeliverable address will be refunded the value of the order less shipping
charges. If you would like the order reshipped, we require that you pay another
shipping fee.
